For two years, on a trial basis, the taverns have had the option of being open until 3 a.m. instead of 2 a.m. Now the functional committee has decided that the later closing time should be made permanent, reports P4 Jönköping.
– We have not seen any negative consequences of being open the extra hour, says Sofie Tegvall (S), who chairs the committee.
Now it is up to the council to make the final decision.
