▸ Johan Ström, 38, from Umeå had graduated from high school with “mediocre” grades. After that, he had spent a few years playing poker and working as a painter and “rower”, before he made up his mind. He wanted to start studying at the School of Economics in Stockholm. When Johan’s high school grades did not allow him to study at Handels, he registered to write the university entrance examination. After careful preparation, he got the maximum score of 2.0 and got into his dream education. But Johan had not taken his final university exam for that. Today, he has taken the test ten times – and received the highest possible score each time.
