NUMBER OF DEATH AND INJURED CIVIL OVER 1000
UN Secretary General Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said in his daily press briefing that 331 civilians have lost their lives in the Russian occupation of Ukraine so far.
Stating that the number of civilians killed and injured on February 24 – March 3 increased to 1006, Dujarric stated that more than 1.2 million people left the country.
