Fomin said:
“Within the framework of the implementation of the negotiations on the preparation of an agreement on the neutrality and non-nuclear status of Ukraine, as well as on the provision of security guarantees to Ukraine, taking into account the principles discussed at today’s meeting, the Russian Ministry of Defense has agreed to increase mutual trust, create conditions for further negotiations and determine whether the agreement is accepted or not.
