The Ministry underlined that the resumption of the Black Sea Grain Initiative was realized thanks to the mediation of Turkey and the United Nations (UN), and by this means, it is necessary to obtain the necessary written guarantees from Ukraine on November 1, 2022, that the grain corridor will not be used to conduct military operations against Russia. He said it was possible.

In the message of the ministry, it was stated that “Russian Federation believes that the guarantees received at the moment seem sufficient and continue to implement the agreement”.
