LAVROV SAID “A NEW STAGE IS BEGINNING”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that Moscow had entered a new phase in the “military operation”. “A new phase of this operation in eastern Ukraine is beginning, and I am confident that this will be a very important moment for the special operation in general,” Lavrov said.
