Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Konashenkov said that some units of Russia in military areas close to the Ukrainian border have completed large-scale preparatory exercises and returned to their bases by rail and road transport.
It was also stated that some of the Russian army, which completed the Russian-Belarusian large-scale Allied Determination 2022 exercise, started to return to their bases.
