“The handshake between Erdogan and Sisi in Qatar will be the beginning of improving bilateral relations,” the Egyptian Presidency said in a statement.
Erdogan met with leaders and state representatives in Doha, the capital of Qatar, where he went to attend the opening ceremony of the 2022 World Cup, and had a chat with the leaders, including Egyptian President Abdel Fattah es-Sisi.
