According to Expedia.fr data, the cheapest flights are scheduled for Thursday May 4 and Friday May 5, 2024, right during the school holidays in zone B and Corsica. Also knowing that tickets tend to be more expensive on Saturdays and Sundays and cheaper on Mondays and Thursdays. Concerning hotels, the least expensive dates are April 11 and May 9, which may be interesting for vacationers from zone C and Corsica. In general, for a short hotel stay, experts advise opting for nights on Mondays and Tuesdays to get the best prices. On Fridays and Saturdays, prices are often increased for more popular weekends.
As for destinations, if you are still undecided, certain destinations are very sought after this year for spring break. In this same study, the travel agency Expedia.fr noted an increase in searches of more than 1,180% for the Greek island of Milos, but also for the island of Kos (+ 240% of searches), Albania (+ 235%), certain islands of Thailand such as Krabi, Phuket, Koh Samui, the Sultanate of Oman and even northern Vietnam.
