Last derailed train sets from the Voorschoten accident to Amersfoort

The parts of the NS passenger train that was on its way from Leiden to The Hague ended up in the meadow after the collision with a railway crane, just after Voorschoten station. “Last night we removed the loose parts from the trains that we will be transporting on the track,” says Martijn de Graaf of ProRail. “It is now waiting for the wind to die down for the trains that are in the meadow. A good time is now being sought for the trains on the track to take them away.”
