As the European election campaign enters its home stretch, the candidates have put their last efforts into the campaign to try to convince the remaining undecided voters. Several meetings took place this Sunday such as that of Jordan Bardella and Marie Toussaint in Paris, or Léon Deffontaines in Marseille.

For their last big meeting before the vote on June 9, the Ecologists gathered at the Docks of Aubervilliers surrounded by their supporters. On stage, Marie Toussaint’s co-lists each took turns speaking to talk about their struggles, but also to address a few punchlines to their political adversaries. “Political ecology means saying sooner what everyone will understand too late,” said Flora Ghebali, entrepreneur and 11th place on the list for the European elections.

A key theme of his campaign, Jordan Bardella took advantage of his speech to talk about immigration. “Our civilization may die if we do not quickly and now regain control of our migration policy,” he explained. On stage, the head of the RN list judged that “the erasure of France” had already started.
