After more than 60 years, the oliebollen stall of the Verwijk family from Utrecht has to close. After much uncertainty, they did not receive a location permit from the municipality of Utrecht. Today is Peter Verwijk’s last day in the stall. “But I am a fighter, I will do everything I can to be back on the Jaarbeursplein next year.”
