The popular presenter Lasse Kronér is known from, among other things, “Smarter than a fifth grader”, “That’s how it sounds” and SVT’s long-running “Doobidoo”. The latter has been broadcast on the channel since 2005 with the exception of a break between the years 2017 and 2019.

Lasse Kronér’s new job: Allsång
Today, the 61-year-old is working on a new project – and it is not entirely certain that it will be broadcast on television yet.
On the first of July, Kronér will start with a sing-along at Tjolöholm Castle, something that will not be broadcast but can be seen live on the spot.
– I have a looser contract with SVT now, which allows me to do more things. I have been striving for that for quite some time. That means I have no difficulty seeing that this could be made into television, says the presenter to Expressen.

“Already turned down several TV requests”
However, Kronér is not completely convinced by the old classic sing-along concept. For example, no songs are predetermined. Instead, each sing-along will have a theme and it will be the songs that come up that will be included.
– I have already turned down several TV requests, and when I say several, it is actually more than two, Kronér says to the newspaper and continues:
– Lotta ran five years at Liseberg before they televised it, and Skansen did 42… I want to build something first and see if there is consistency in what we do. It may turn out in August that this was not at all as fun as I thought. Then it would have been stupid to make television out of it. It’s easier to apologize to 1,500 people per night than 1.5 million.

They will perform at Lasse Kronér’s sing-along
He says to Expressen that if he had to decide, the artists would have had to remain secret. Instead, there will be a secret guest per sing-along.
Some artists who are already booked for Lasse’s all-singing at the castle are Tommy Nilsson, Björn Kjellman and Kalle Moraeus.
