The driver of a Cybertruck died in an explosion on Wednesday in Las Vegas in front of a hotel owned by Donald Trump.
On Thursday, US authorities continued their investigation into whether Las Vegas hosted the future president of the United States Donald Trump’s the Tesla Cybertruck that exploded in front of the hotel he owned and the car attack in New Orleans connected to each other.
President of the United States Joe Biden at least the connection was not immediately found. The FBI and local police also believed it was an isolated incident.
The Cybertruck driver died in an explosion on Wednesday. In addition, seven people received minor injuries. The vehicle destroyed in the explosion was rented.
Tesla owner, billionaire Elon Musk emphasized that the brand of the car had nothing to do with the incident.
– We have now confirmed that the explosion was caused by a very large firework and/or a bomb transported on the platform of a rented Cybertruck and this is not related to the vehicle itself, the billionaire said on his own messaging service X.
