So you can be naked in your apartment

Dressing gown, underwear, topless or naked fart, how naked can you be in your apartment? It differs depending on where you live and which neighbors you have.

You may walk naked in your apartment, provided that no one looks in and the neighbors are not disturbed by it.

– Regardless of whether you are inside or outside, the law says that if the home is used as a stage in the public space, nudity can be considered indecent, so use common sense, says Purits to Nyheter24.

She continues:

– Although it is probably unusual, you could in principle be convicted of annoying behavior if you do not consider your neighbors. The penalty is a fine.

Naked neighbors

It may happen that neighbors go naked in their apartments, unaware that it is possible to see inside. If you are disturbed by your neighbor walking naked or sunbathing too lightly on the balcony, Purits recommends that you speak up.

– Call and ask if the person can put on a little more clothes, most people who sunbathe undressed are probably not aware that it is transparent.
