(Finance) – Invitalia has the 23.433% Of Landi Renzoa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the sector of methane, LNG, hydrogen and LPG fuel components and systems for automotive use. The Swiss family office Sentis AG instead it has the 5.809% (previously, as of January 24, 2024, the share was 11.106%). This is what emerges from the CONSOB communications relating to significant shareholdings, where it is reported that the operation dates back to 18 December 2024.
The communication was made following the filing of the change in share capital of Landi Renzo following the rights issue and the capital increase reserved for Invitalia, both approved by the board of directors on 6 November 2024, pursuant to the powers granted by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on 24 September 2024 .
In the communication to CONSOB for exceeding the 20% materiality threshold, Invitalia recalls that it acted as manager ex lege of the “Fund for the protection of employment levels and the continuation of business activity”. Invitalia’s participation must be held for a period of time not exceeding 5 years and Invitalia does not intend to acquire control of the issuer. The shares owned by Invitalia – which determine the exceeding of the threshold – are special category A Shares with no nominal value, unlisted and convertible at any time, in whole and/or in part into ordinary shares in the ratio of 1:1.
