Lancelot Hedman Graaf, 23, is the celebrity son who over the years has made a career in both music and sports. On the debut album “Konsten att fly” there are ten songs that he wrote together with, among others, the songwriter Peter Kvint and the artist Thomas Stenström.

He has also performed in the Melodifestivalen as well as toured with his band while he currently trains and competes in Muay Thai.
Lancelot also made headlines when he dated Paulina “Paow” Danielsson a few years ago and when he was one of the participants in the TV show “Behandlingen”.
But now Lancelot ventures into a completely new world – namely the world of cinema. He is currently working on the “Golden Times” film, which will soon be released in cinemas.
In the film, Lancelot Hedman Graaf plays the bass player Anders Herrlin but before the role he chose to skip theater lessons.

— I like to drive by feeling, that’s my thing. But it is a great honor to be a part of and tell the band’s story. I think you should have listened to Gyllene Tider to have lived a perfect life, he told TT.
The challenge has instead been that Anders Herrlin plays bass and Lancelot plays guitar. But he didn’t see that as a problem.

– So it’s a guitar, but with two less strings. I think it’s not that difficult. Now all the bass players will be mad at me, but they have often wanted to be guitarists from the beginning and it’s fun to push with them a little, he laughed in the interview.
But combined with the music, Lancelot invests hard in his Muay Thai and trains to the fullest. On his story, he shared a couple of pictures from his training. And Lancelot has been lying in, to say the least.
