“It really will be a residents’ home, where we can walk around to give them what they need,” according to Leanne. “And that includes watching TV together on the couch or just holding hands,” Tjerk-Peter adds. There are a few more vacancies for employees who agree with that approach. “We are looking for colleagues who have a feeling for that,” says Leanne. “It starts when you walk in.
