The exclusion of meat can be explained by a refusal of animal suffering or the search for well-being for the health. In India, the first vegetarian country in the world, vegetarianism is linked to religion. It also prohibits the consumption of eggs.
Regarding the egg, this can be allergen in some people; it is one of the main causes ofallergy food in young children. There is also a food intolerance to egg.
