What is a trial process?
A trial is held if it is not clear what the law determines about a particular situation. This happens, for example, if a new law is not clear, two laws contradict each other or if a new situation arises that the old law does not take into account.
In these cases, a person can file a trial lawsuit to determine how the judge interprets the law in question. This ruling is important because other judges will in principle follow the interpretation from this first trial in later lawsuits.
