Unemployment has fallen in recent years in France. But with a rate of 7.4%, France is not yet flirting with full employment. However, in certain sectors of activity, the job market is tight. Drivers, boilermakers, home helpers or even engineers… many trades are struggling to recruit. One figure, last year (2021), 44% of employers anticipated difficulties when recruiting to such an extent that some are starting to change their practices.
