(Finance) – The Minister of Labor Andrea Orlando signed the decree for creating a technical table for the fight against undeclared work. The National Plan for the fight against the undeclared is one of the interventions envisaged in the PNRR: the entry into force of the National plan and of the implementation roadmap are goals for which the deadline of the December 31, 2022.
The technical table has the task of guaranteeing the correct and punctual elaboration of the Plan and therefore defining the most suitable measures for effective contrast to the submerged and one strategy of direction of the inspection activity, also through a survey of the most recent analyzes and data concerning the undeclared phenomenon. The table will take care of identifying the criteria for monitoring the achievement of goals and goals and to study forms of denunciation by workers forced to work in irregular working conditions.
The table he will take office on March 3rd, in the presence of Minister Orlando. The National Plan must be prepared by October 15, 2022, precisely on the basis of what is presented by the Table to the Minister of Labor who will proceed to its subsequent adoption by ministerial decree.
