The Liberals want to see an “order lift” in the school.

The party proposes order contracts between school, student and parents.

The leader of the Liberals, Johan Pehrson, will make a summer speech on Sunday in central Gothenburg.

In the speech, he highlights, among other things, one of the party’s heart issues, the school. Pehrson launches a “new order lift” for more calm and study tranquility at school.

He states that many schools are unable to prevent loud classrooms and unsafe corridors.

The “order lift” includes already known proposals such as the state investing in at least a thousand new special education teachers.

But the party also has a new proposal, an “order contract” between students, guardians and school.

– The adult world must decide the rules of order, said Pehrson.

The requirement for an order contract must be written into the school’s governing document and thus apply to all students throughout the country.

– The school must both be able to help more people and increase expectations of good behavior and parental responsibility, says Pehrson.

He wants to see a clear responsibility for each student not to destroy their schoolmates.

– A real overhaul. That is our promise, says Pehrson.

He emphasizes that it is not enough with the measures that the Social Democratic government together with the Liberals are now implementing for more study relaxation in school.
