Kuusamo passer Jalissa Trotter found the hot players of her team, while LP Kangasala’s offensive game rested strongly on Ronja Heikkiniemi’s shoulders.
Kuusamo’s Pallo-Karhut defeated LP Kangasala at home in the fourth final of the women’s volleyball league 3–2 (25–21, 23–25, 17–25, 25–23, 16–14). The steady torsion lasted more than two and a half hours.
Home team passer Jalissa Trotter found Kuusamo’s hot players and was able to trust the extent of the attack arsenal. The best people were familiar Adeja Lambert (23 / + 20) Carlyle Nusbaum (16 / + 3), Julie Lengweiler (14 / + 0) and Linda Andersson (10 / + 7).
Instead, LP Kangasala had it all Ronja Heikkiniemi, which Kuusamo tried to soften with his passes, but failed. Heikkiniemi attacked 27 points in many ways, his power balance was +21. Roosa Laakkonen was strong from the visitor both online and in the input box and finished 18 / + 12, Emmi Riikilä made 17 / + 8. Fabric chipper Gabriela Da Silva managed to score 10 points.
Both teams had their own moments in each round, but traction changed at regular intervals. Errors and haste came to Kangasala in the first installment, in the second installment Kuusamo allowed Kangasala into the game with his own mistakes and Heikkiniemi’s successes.
In the third installment, Heikkiniemi received good support from Roosa Laakkonen and in the fourth Taija Tikka ruled the network. However, that was not enough, as Kuusamo was able to attack in a variety of ways from both the edge and the middle.
In the fifth installment, LP Kangasala even had a lottery and match ball, but Kuusamo solved it with the success of Julie Lengweiler. Lengweiler also hit the winning point of the match for Kuusamo.
Kuusamo leads 3–1 with victories and is no longer victorious from the championship. The fifth final match will be played tomorrow in Kuusamo.
