KuPSs offensive star scores great goals for Ilves net PK 35

The National Football League kicked off on Saturday. KuPS and PK-35 took the wins. As a guest of HPS, Nurmijärvi Football Club reached the draw.

Helsinki-based club PK-35 opened football with the roar of its National League season, claiming a handsome 4–0 victory from Espoo as a guest of Honka. The ball club showed maturity and in some places toughness in the encounter of the clubs bordering on the top line-up, as the away team finished artificially and at the same time kept Honga away from the most dangerous places.

– This probably wasn’t a 4-0 game now. Pretty steady battle, but the team put themselves in the league and we were effective at the finish line. I am proud of the team, the head coach of PK-35 Rami Rantanen inch after a match played in Tapiola’s indoor arena.

Former TiPS players Nora Lehto and Neea Hassinen took PK’s corner kick to lead two goals even before the 20th minute of the game. Of the two, Lehto spent the middle of the year last season.

KuPS and Ilves struggled in a thunderstorm

Last season’s champion KuPS showed his strength by defeating Ilves 5-1 in his home game. The match was played in challenging football weather, in the wind and breeze of Kuopio’s central field.

KuPS attacking star Aino Kröger cannonballed the opening period with two shots to the home team’s safe lead. Also Albanian confirmation Lavdije Begolli spent an afternoon of two goals.
