(Finance) – Kruso CapitalGroup System Bankpresented today to Borsa Italiana, following the resolution adopted by the Board of Directors on 7 February 2024, the request to move from Euronext Growth Milan – Professional segment, dedicated to institutional and professional investors, to the open Euronext Growth Milan market to retail investors.
Subject to confirmation by Borsa Italiana, the admission to trading of the Company’s ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan is scheduled for 22 February 2024, while the start date of trading is scheduled for 26 February 2024.
