After the elections in Turkey were held on Sunday, it is clear that Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be allowed to rule as Turkey’s president for another five years.
At about 21:30 Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) was out with a congratulation to Erdogan on social media. “Congratulations on being re-elected. Our common security is a future priority,” wrote the Prime Minister’s official account on Twitter.
The prime minister was early in congratulating Erdogan on the election victory.
