Krista Parmakoskis revelation about the continuation of her career

Krista Pärmäkoski came seventh on the Tour and revealed that she finished last on the ski tour.

Krista Pärmäkoski rose one place in the final climb of the Tour de Ski to seventh in the overall race. At the finish line, he revealed in an interview that this was his last time at Alpe Cermis as a top athlete.

– I decided that I would give my all today and I was able to do that. Probably during this week I decided that this would be the last time, Pärmäkoski said.

Pärmäkoski praised the maintenance. The ski went commendably until the last meters.

– During the last 700 meters, the snow changed and the ski was no longer so good, but probably not on any other either. I decided not to rush before the ascent, but to save all my strength for it. It was a good tactic.

Pärmäkoski started the Tour as a question mark. Instead of seventh, he was satisfied with everything, although he expected better.

– A few skiing problems were visible in the final result. This is a long tour and everything has to fall into place, but considering the starting points, you have to be satisfied.

In ‘s Urheilustudio, Pärmäkoski’s revelations about his future career plans were immediately taken up.

– They are big thoughts in the life of an athlete and a person. Krista has had a long career and if she sticks to that decision, it will be one milestone and give direction to the next one, head of the Olympic Committee’s elite sports unit and world champion in skiing Matti Heikkinen said.

Pärmäkoski’s comments were seen in the studio as open to interpretation. The career can continue, even if Touria Pärmäkoski does not return to skiing.

– The next two years are value competition years, so it may be that it would be appropriate to skip the Tour. A cryptic thing. It’s positive that he didn’t throw skis into the project at this point, Urheilu’s expert Ville Nousiainen said.
