Kardashian broke the news during a concert with Blink-182 in Los Angeles, where she held up a large sign with the words “Travis, I’m pregnant.”
The couple got married a year ago and have repeatedly expressed their desire to have children together. They have also undergone several IVF treatments.
44-year-old Kourtney Kardashian already has children Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, with ex-husband Scott Disick. Also 47-year-old Travis Barker has three children with Shanna Moakler: Landon, 19, Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.
