(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of Kolinpharmaa company operating in the nutraceutical sector and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, has approved the budget financial year as at 31 December 2022 and resolved to allocate the profit for the year, equal to 342,342 euros, to the legal reserve for 17,117 euros and to the extraordinary reserve for 325,225 euros.
The shareholders have resolved to fully confirm the executive body setting at 6 the number of members of the board of directors who will remain in office for the years 2023-2025. The BoD is composed of: Rita Paola Petrelli (President); Massimo Mantella (Chief Executive Officer); Edoardo Ferragina (Non-executive director); Giannunzio Corazza (Non-executive director); Francesco Maria Spano (Independent director); Maurizio Altini (Independent director).
Finally, the BoD launched the plan for the purchase and disposal of own actions.
