The Xbox Game Studios publisher team visited Kojima Productions for “Start an Exciting Journey”.
It seems that the Xbox side is not determined to let Kojima go. It was announced in June 2022 that Xbox Game Studios and Kojima Productions had partnered to create a new video game for Xbox consoles. Hideo Kojima and Xbox General Manager of game marketing Aaron Greenberg announced on Twitter that the Xbox Game Studios Publishing teams visited Kojima Productions.

This visit to Kojima, which is known to be close to PlayStation, will bring results that will strengthen the hand of Microsoft. “This is our first visit to Kojima Productions with our Xbox Game Studios Publishing teams. The companies, whose partnership was announced in June last year, have not yet made a clear statement. So far, we know that the project is exclusive to Xbox. This visit may have been made for the first presentation of Kojima’s production company for the console.
