Utrecht – Only the captains of clubs from the Eredivisie, Keuken Kampioen Divisie and amateur football may approach referees next season to get an explanation of decisions. The KNVB decided this after positive experiences at the European Championship in Germany and the Olympic football tournament, where this rule already applied.
