Weeronline reports that there is a risk of icy weather this morning because it will thaw and there may be light (drizzle) rain on a frozen surface. This can cause black ice to form, especially on local roads that are not gritted. During the course of the morning, the precipitation and therefore the risk of slippery conditions will spread from the west to the interior and the north of the country. The slippery warning applies to almost the entire country, with the exception of Brabant and Limburg.
