Province of Utrecht – The KNMI has declared code orange for three provinces due to treacherous slipperiness due to black ice. The warning from the weather institute in De Bilt applies to Gelderland, North Brabant and Limburg. Code yellow applies to Utrecht, Flevoland, Overijssel, Drenthe and Groningen due to local slipperiness. The slipperiness is expected to last until the morning and in Limburg it can be treacherously slippery until the afternoon.
