A person has been stabbed at the Slussen subway station in Stockholm.
– We received the alarm at twenty past 11 that a person had been stabbed with a sharp object at Slussen. The injured person has been awake and able to speak and will go to the hospital in an ambulance, says police spokesperson Carina Skagerlind.
According to information from TV4 Nyheterna, the man was stabbed in the back.
– Their relationship and what happened before is not clear, says Carina Skagerlind.
An extensive police hunt for the knifeman is underway.
– We have spoken to witnesses and are looking for the perpetrator.
No one is arrested.
