(Finance) – As part of the public takeover offer (OPA) on the ordinary shares of KME Group, a diversified holding company listed on Euronex Milan, it appears that today, 6 October 2023, 18,722 membership requests were submitted. Therefore, membership requests during the reopening of the deadlines are at 23,854, equal to 76.58802% of the actions carried out during the reopening of the deadlines and the actions carried out during the offer period on the shares being offered.
The reopening of the deadlines began on October 5, 2023 and will end October 11, 2023. Borsa Italiana reminds you that KME Group ordinary shares purchased on the market on 10 and 11 October 2023 cannot be tendered to the offer.
