(Finance) – KME Group, announces that its subsidiary KME SE has obtained authorization for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Blackhawk Holding GmbH, a German holding company that holds 100% of Sundwiger Messingwerk GmbH from the German antitrust authority.
The closing of the operationwhich is now being examined by the Austrian antitrust authority, is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
The Operation, a note recalls, is part of the KME group’s strategy of strengthening the core business of copper and copper alloy rolled products, in order to further develop the important production know-how and the product portfolio, with the objective of achieving operational efficiencies and providing the best possible service to customers.
