During Monday morning, Russia carried out a number of robot attacks against important infrastructure in Kyiv, Kharkiv and in other parts of the country. According to Russia, the attack is a response to the drone attack on the Russian Black Sea Fleet on Saturday.
80 percent of Kyiv is said to have been left without access to water after the attacks and several areas are without electricity, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko. He believes that Russia is now clearly directing its warfare against the civilian population.
– Right now this war has a direct impact on the civilian population. They want to ensure that people lack heat, water, electricity. They want our entire population to freeze this winter. It’s pure genocide.
