KKR sells more than 560 million worth of warehouses

(Finance) – KKRone of the world’s leading investment firms, has completed the sale of over 5 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and distribution properties for a total aggregate value of over 560 million dollars. The sales were completed through five separate transactions with five separate buyers.

Sales, consisting primarily of assets in the Real Estate Partners Americas II fund by KKR, included more than 50 industrial buildings located in high-growth infill markets across Atlanta, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, the Lehigh Valley and central Pennsylvania.
