Jennifer Lawrence has made her first full-blooded comedy with director Gene Stupnitsky. That she comedic talent she has already proven enough in interviews. Maddie (Jennifer Lawrence) is an Uber driver without a car and desperately needs money to avoid losing her mother’s inherited house. How good that the 30-year-old found an ad on Craigslist that would be rewarded with a new car. To do this, she is supposed to deflower 19-year-old Percy (Andrew Barth Feldman) – at his parents’ request. Prcy watches hardcore porn but has no real interest in sex, making Maddie’s mission more difficult than expected.
Fans were critical because Maddie is significantly older than the teenager and only pretends to show him that she is interested in the so-called Grooming reminds. This describes adults contacting minors in order to manipulate and abuse them. However, the Oscar winner was happy about the excitement.

There’s a lot of talk about sex in No Hard Feelings, but there’s none to see.
The summer comedy seems like an homage to the good old teenage sex comedies of the 2000s, but there is not as much sex, let alone masturbation, as in American Pie or Girls, Girls. No Hard Feelings probably wants to tell something completely different.
Despite the controversy (or perhaps because of it), the film grossed good box office results and convinced critics on Rotten Tomatoes, where the film received 71% positive reviews. Because even if No Hard Feelings is ultimately less dirty than other teen comedies, it’s Jennifer Lawrence who takes care of it hilarious scenes. The home cinema version ensures a fun and relaxed film evening.
