Kim Kardashian poses Neymar in skimpy outfits for her lingerie

The new face of Skims? Footballer Neymar, chosen by Kim Kardashian to represent her first men’s underwear collection.

After the actress Madelaine Petsch, the rapper Cardi B or even the singer Rosalía, it is to Neymar to pose in underwear for Skims. The Brazilian football player, who suffers from yet another injury, is the new face of the lingerie brand launched by Kim Kardashian in September 2019. The former PSG striker was immortalized by the photographer Donna Trope on things that went viral on social media. And for good reason: shirtless, he only wearsultra-tight boxers, revealing his numerous tattoos in the process. For the purposes of this campaign, Kim Kardashian solicited two other athletes: the Canadian basketball player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the American football player Nick Bosa. They too were undressed for Skims, unveiling the leggings, tank tops and briefs that make up the brand’s first men’s line of shaping underwear.

Sport and fashion, closer than ever

While the Paris 2024 Olympic Games approach, more and more brands are calling on athletes to represent their collections. These last months, Louis Vuitton thus became a swimmer Leon Marchand and the fencer Enzo Lefort these new ambassadors. At Dior, she’s the gymnast Melanie de Jesus dos Santos who was named muse of the label. Three French people highlighted by the LVMH group, premium partner of the competition which will take place from Friday July 26 to Sunday August 11, 2024. This porosity between fashion and sport, which is also the subject of two exhibitions in Paris, one at the Palais Galliera and the other at the Museum of Decorative Arts, is not new. We particularly remember the collection created by Tommy Hilfiger and the British racing driver Lewis Hamilton in 2018. Its Monegasque competitor Charles Leclerc is the ambassador of the jewelry brand APM Monaco. An athletic mood which is also found in the collections presented by the designers for spring-summer 2024. Motorcycle helmets, surfboards, tracksuits and shorts punctuated the shows unveiled a few weeks ago. Are you ready to do some exercise?
