“Putin started 3 years ago by giving ultimatums to NATO and trying to rewrite history, but now he cannot do without Pyongyang’s military support,” said Zelenskiy, adding, “If Ukraine organizes the exchange with our fighters held captive in Russia, Kim Jong Un’s soldiers ready to hand it over to him,” he said.
Stating that there may be other options available for North Korean soldiers who want to return to their country, Zelensky said, “This opportunity will be given to those who express their desire to bring peace closer, especially by spreading the facts about this war in Korea.”
