North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un plans to go to Russia to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in September, reports The New York Times.
The two leaders are scheduled to discuss the possibilities for North Korea to supply Russia with more weapons to use in the war in Ukraine, sources told the newspaper.
