North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un is to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia, reports New York Times.
The parties will, among other things, talk about North Korean weapons for the war in Ukraine.
The visit is expected to take place in Moscow this month, sources told the paper.
