Rwandan culture in all its facets is in Paris this March. Theatre, dance, music, cinema, comics, stand-up, comedy, but also fashion shows. Le Lavoir Moderne, in the heart of the Goutte d’Or district in Paris, is home to the Rwanda Arts Intiative structure, an abundant cultural venue in Kigali which participates in the programming of this event.
