After Ukrainian forces repulsed Russia at the beginning of the war, the situation calmed down somewhat in Ukraine’s second largest city, Kharkiv – but now it seems that Russia has changed tactics. On Monday, several civilian targets were exposed to Russian rocket attacks, including a residential building and an elementary school. As it is summer vacation, there were no students in the school. But the frustration and shock of the residents in the area is palpable. Natalia Prosviria’s son went to school, and her grandchildren would start there: – I feel hatred, only hatred.
