The series of farewell concerts of present-day Kensington was scheduled for August 27 and 30 and September 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each one in a sold-out Ziggo Dome. Over the course of fifteen years, Kensington’s Amsterdam pop venue has grown into the band’s second living room.
Kensington broke through with Home Again and Streets and later scored big hits with War, Do I Ever and Sorry. The Utrecht band won several 3FM and MTV Awards, Edisons and received several gold records.
