Keep an eye out for the text message – then you can be cheated

Keep an eye out for the text message then

A text message is circulating right now. The sender claims to come from a bank but is in fact a fraudster.

Fraud The Warnings have been close by in recent years. Authorities and companies of all kinds have been exposed to fraudsters who use their brand to appear credible in their bluffs.

Bluff-SMS ABOUT APPROVED LOANS

Now the bad luck has come to a bank, something that the newspaper advice and findings was the first to write about. Several people have received a text message stating that even the loan application is approved and that payment is made next weekday. Then a number is listed to “Customer Center”.

The bank that the fraudsters claim to come from is Erik Penser. The telephone number that is in the message does not go to Erik Penser’s customer center, even though it says.

The bank should also have issued a warning for the messages on its website, writes the newspaper.

More fraud during the declaration in 2025

Another type of fraud is also common now. The Internet Foundation has gone out and warned of fraudsters trying to access one’s declaration. The approaches can be mailing e -mails, sms or telephone calls.

– Increasing their own digital competence on security issues is one of the best measures to avoid being deceived, says Carl PivaCEO of the Internet Foundation in one Press release.
