KD refused to see SD’s respect training

When Kalla fakta revealed that SD’s communications department runs a large number of anonymous accounts on social media, it led to an outcry from the other Tidö parties. Criticism was dampened, however, when SD announced that two of the employees in the communications department would be given other tasks and undergo training in the respect clause of the Time Agreement. A training that would also be shared with other collaborating parties.

– They have really taken the criticism to heart, said Christian Democrat party leader Ebba Busch at the time.

But shortly afterwards it became known that SD’s relocation was only valid for 24 hours, and involved two employees swapping desks with each other. It was then announced that the employees had completed the respect training, and could thus return to their regular duties.

Declined

Ebba Busch now confirms that KD was offered to see a film with SD’s internal training, but declined.

– We have been given the opportunity to do so. But we are fully focused on winning this EU election, says Ebba Busch.

So you have neglected to watch it?

– We are not stuck there. We have a good dialogue. But I’m not in politics to talk about SD, says Ebba Busch.

TV4 Nyheterna has asked the Moderates and Liberals if they were also offered to take part in SD’s respect training, but has not received an answer. One who, however, has seen the educational film is SD’s party leader Jimmie Åkesson.

– I think it is very good. I would say that all parties in the Tidö collaboration would be able to keep it, Jimmie Åkesson said last week.

Veiled threat

SD’s press service also states that they are looking into the question of whether it is possible to make the educational film public. Among two centrally located liberal sources, it is perceived as a veiled threat.

– That SD is talking about releasing the film is probably more about the fact that they want us Liberals to stop criticizing their troll factory. The message is: Shut up – or we’ll publicly show that this training was all bullshit. And then you will be humiliated again, says a Liberal source.

Ebba Busch disagrees with that interpretation:

– I have perceived a very respectful and direct treatment in the conversations I have had. I think we have finished arguing about SD. We need to focus on the EU elections now.

But you are satisfied with SD’s education, do you think it met the standards?

– I’m tired of talking about SD. I want to talk about a decisive fateful choice for the future of Europe.
