It was last autumn that a Jewish doctor was dismissed from his post at Karolinska University Hospital. He was one of those who previously raised the alarm about anti-Semitic harassment in the workplace.
The decision prompted the Medical Association to submit a lawsuit to the Labor Court. The union demanded that the dismissal be annulled. Now the hospital admits that they did not have a factual basis for the dismissal.
– The fact that we accept the lawsuit is because we know that if we were to contest, it would be a lengthy legal process, says Patricia Enocson, HR director at Karolinska University Hospital, to DN.
